Yes, certainly, it is beneficial for certain employees, but not all are availing those benefits due to unawareness. As HR professionals, it is our prime responsibility to educate them about the full benefits of ESIC.
Finally, whether you are availing it or not, you are forced to contribute to ESIC for coverable employees.
