Dear Lenin,
Please contact ISO consultants; they will guide you for documentation. If you want, I can provide our company consultant's contact number. Our factory is an ISO 9001 certified company, and we are now planning to upgrade our certification to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
Thank you.

Dear Lenin,
Before you start preparing documents for the audit, ensure you have the full audit checklist and visit every department to gather the mandatory records as per the standard requirements. Alternatively, review all procedures to identify the relevant records and documents list along with their retention periods.
Is this your first audit, or is your company scheduled for a surveillance audit? If this is your first audit, prepare the necessary documents and records for at least the past three months and/or more.
