Good evening, please help confirm if one of our employees with a basic salary of 30,000 doesn't want to have his PF deducted. Is it possible? If yes, in this case, do I have to fill out any form? Please guide.
Thanks

Form II Declaration Form Requirement
Form II declaration form is mandatory irrespective of whether the employee is covered or uncovered.
As you mentioned, if his EPF wages are Rs. 30,000/-, then check whether he was previously covered under EPF. If he was covered, then you cannot exclude him; if he was not covered, then he may be excluded.
