I am living in Haryana and I want to know about FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). Actually, in my company, there is an FSC audit on Wednesday, but I don't know what documents are required. If anyone knows about this, please guide me. Also, please inform me about the FSC standards.

4. Appointment letter of FSC Management Representative

Fire Safety and First Aid Equipment
8. List of fire-related equipment, such as fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, hose reels, etc., with details such as number, location, expiry, etc.; fire extinguisher refill invoice

20. FSC core labor requirements documentation and HR-related documents:
• FSC core labor policies: child labor, forced labor, non-discrimination, and freedom of association & collective bargaining
• Other company policies
• FSC core labor self-assessment document
• ESIC challan of the latest month
• PF of the latest month
• Salary wage sheet of the latest month
• Attendance sheet of the latest month
• Working hours record
• Recruitment policy, vacancy notice, etc.
• Employee personal files of two workers: documents such as appointment, age proof and ID records, health check-up, ESI and PF details, as applicable, qualification records, etc.

24. Also, attached is the Annual Accreditation declaration document. Keep this document ready, duly signed before the audit, along with the CA-declared profit and loss balance sheet of the latest financial year, sale data for forest-based turnover, including certified and non-certified, and self-declaration for the same as evidence against the AAF declared.
