Hi, I require your help regarding the training given to MBA students. Actually, I have been appointed as an assistant HR in a company for the past month. It's my first job, and I have been tasked with providing training to MBA students in the HR field.
Topics to Cover in MBA HR Training
I would like to know which topics I should cover and how efficiently I can perform this job. What points should I take care of while giving training?
I require your valuable response soon. Thank you.

First, identify the subject they are interested in, such as HR General, HR Operations, Recruitment, Training, etc. Then gradually transition them to data entry jobs related to HR. Slowly ask them to provide CVs, schedule interviews, and so on.
During the process, guide them, train them, and correct them if they make mistakes.

Students first want to learn general HR, and then they want to research topics like motivation that companies provide to their employees, performance appraisal, and similar subjects. Where can I ask them to source CVs from? Our company doesn't provide internet facilities.

Please provide more information about your organization, such as its size and core activities. Additionally, could you elaborate on the nature and duration of the training? Are the students coming as interns or to work on their final project?
Have a nice day.

Hi,
My company is primarily a mining company with over 500 employees, including workers. It is a multinational company. The students who have come are here to work on their project as part of their MBA studies. The training program spans 8 weeks. During this time, they will delve into the practical aspects of HR, understanding the challenges that management faces in various situations. They need to grasp the real-life situations that arise in HR.
As I am new here, I have limited knowledge about all this. I need a topic that I can first understand thoroughly and then effectively impart to them.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.

Hello seniors, I am also a student of HR and maybe in the next two or three days, I'll join an organization for a summer internship. Please suggest a topic for an FMCG organization like "GHARI detergent" and what kind of preparation I should do before going for the internship. Your valuable suggestions are appreciated.
