I worked in my last job 4 month. after 6 month now , when i try to do online PF withdraw, my claim is rejected. The reason is that company didn't submit form 9. one more thing , in EPF database my pan card is not verified due to not having correct name in EPF database but my aadhar is linked with UAN and I linked my aadhar and pan card online . but since my pan card is not verified. So please suggest me that why my claim is rejected and what i have to do. In my passbook show me that employer has already provided 4 months money.

Dear Kaushal,
If you did work only for 4 months then you can not withdraw PF amount because you have to contribute in PF Account at least 6 months.
If your name is not correct as per Aadhar And PAN then you can modified online fro the same on PF portal after that employer can verify your KYC detail.
And ask to employer for form 9

""Previously Form 9 in hard copy need to be submitted by employer to respective EPFO office for allotment of PF number to the employees including employee’s personal information. But with effect from 01/10/2017 it is order for the Discontinuance of Form – 9 in physical form by EPFO.
The EPFO body has taken this step in the wake of rapid computerisation in EPFO as an initiative towards Electronic Paper Free Organisation.
The official said that since employee master (roll) is available in the PF system containing all relevant details of the employee like name, gender, DOB, DOJ, father’s/spouse’s name as well as Aadhar & bank details fetched through electronic challan (PF return), then the submission of Form-9 in physical form by the employer can be discontinued. This would boost e-governance for fully electronic settlement of claims and also facilitate the employers in ease of doing business by reducing their paper work.
But for those employee’s who’s joining date is prior 01/10/2017, for them employer still need to submit Form 9 in hard copy with their respective PF office"".

I applied online for withdraw PF amount, after 10 days my EPFO claim rejected due to
"Claim-Form-19 (EPF Final Settlement)(Resign) Claim id-TNMAS180750029215 Member id-TNMAS00313090000365873 has been rejected due to :- EPS AMOUNT BIFURCATED FROM 05/2016 TO06/2017 WHEREAS FROM 07/2017 TO 01/2018 EPS AMOUNT NOT BIFURCAT/K"
Please help me out, How to resolve this issue?
