Dear sir,
I am working in1000 manpower having Factory in AP. in this 200 Regular employees and remaining Contract Employees. we have Biomatrics for Time Recording and Salary Credits to Bank . we need to take exemption to maintain wage Register and Muster Register. in this regards what is the procedure ?

Hi,
You have to follow both things because Machine is electronic item so any time it can be crash and machine data will be loss so that time register & muster register will help you.
Muster register must be maintain as per PF & Contact Act. It is hard copy for future proof so you should maintain it.

You may seek exemption from the appropriate authority to maintain certain registers and records in electronic mode under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948. Regards Apurva

can we maintain a register for Both factories act 1948/karnataka factories rule 1969 & minimum wages act 1948 in one register with mentioning ruls because the details are same for muster roll or Wage register etc.
