Hi All, Anybody experienced/completed job evaluation as per Korn Ferry Hay Guide, or Mercer, or Willis Towers Watson methodology.
I am not looking for a theory or guidance, looking for a practical data file with all details. I would greatly appreciate it if you could please share a sample data file with all details to understand how the evaluation has been done as per these methodologies if you have any.
