Notification is issued by the respective State Governments for various employments in the schedule of industries mentioned therein. You will have to search in the notification for it.

Minimum rates of wages are fixed/revised by the appreciate Govt. for employees working in declared schedule employments & as the managers are not covered under the definition of the employee their minimum rates wages are not fixed by the Govt.
