Hey everyone, I've been trying to search for any limitations/challenges with learning organization and knowledge management, but it's been really difficult to do so. Most articles I've read from academic journals tend to focus on organizational learning (OL) and knowledge management (KM)'s characteristics and its importance...but none talk about potential limitations and shortcomings.
So this is where I need your help... Do you know whether such challenges and problems with organizational learning and knowledge management actually exist?

Hi, try getting a copy of this book from the local library:
"Unlearning The Fifth Discipline - Power, Politics and Control in Organizations" by Devi Akella
Price: $295
I will try to put my own thoughts about LO soon. I am doing research on reducing learning time for the sales force by using KM and the cultural aspects of implementing KM in the Indian context.
