I'm managing the recruitment and selection process for hundreds of candidates. I want to sort them out better by using a test online... Any suggestions? I'd like to randomize the questions to avoid cheating and receive the database at the end with the proper scores for each candidate, preferably in the same platform. What's the best way to go about this? Am I asking for too much?

There are companies around that do this sort of thing, maybe a bit expensive, but most recruiting agencies have them. It will save you some time and your sanity. Alternatively, you can use a point scale system; it works okay but not always perfectly.

it could be a good method for shortlisting candidates if the job profile has the chance of attracting many candidates.
