Hi Deepak,

I noticed that for employee number 1016, Manoj kr Singha, you have indicated that his basic salary is Rs 6500/- and the PF deduction column shows "N," but the upper limit for PF contribution is Rs 6500. For ESIC, the upper limit is Rs 10000 per month.

You have done a great job with the salary master. Keep up the good work and continue posting updates.

Hi Deepak,
Excellent work. I am working as a Senior Manager - Operations in an IT company at Hyderabad. Can you please shed some light on the following doubts:

1) I have not understood the concept of Ex-gratia. What is it, and how is it calculated?
2) What is P.Fund in column 'T'?
3) The Gratuity payment is not shown in CTC.
4) Where can we show other voucher payments like Sodexho passes, which are part of the salary?

Kindly reply.

Regards,
TSRao
