Leave Salary and PF Deductions: Do We Need to Deduct PF from Leave Salary?

No Dear friend, No PF has to be deducted on the leave encashment, means if you are encashing the Leaves to an employee, than no need to deduct PF on that. I am attaching a file on the same.
