I am currently drafting an international tour and travel policy for my company. Previously, only our senior employees used to travel abroad, but now employees at junior and middle levels will also travel, mainly to the Middle East.
Could someone provide input on how much we should compensate them so that they can cover their expenses such as hotel stays, food, and local travel within the city?
