Hi Archana,
I have one year of experience as an HR Recruiter and now I want to learn SAP-HR. Can you suggest how I can plan my career as a fresher in SAP? Also, could you help me find the best training institute for SAP in Hyderabad?
Regards,

Hi Archana,
I am currently working as an officer in an MNC, and last month, I completed SAP HR. Now, I am interested in pursuing a career in SAP HR. However, most companies are not hiring freshers for SAP positions. Could you please let me know if there are any small companies in Chennai or Bangalore that are recruiting freshers for SAP roles?
Thank you.

Hi Srinivas,
Yes, I got a job. I took a break from my corporate sector and completed my SAP HR. I hold an MBA as well as a Ph.D. in HR from Edith Cowan University, Australia, and I have almost 5 years of experience in this corporate sector, both in India and abroad.
Regarding the question from my friend Basu, the answer would be: What amount of money are you willing to invest in this course? If you are studying SAP HR in the best institute, then my recommendation is Siemens (they charge around 2-2.75 lakhs). If not, there are other institutes offering SAP HR packages at considerably lower prices.
With Regards,
Kinkar

Hi, this is Pooja. I am working as an HR executive in a recruitment consultancy. I have 1.9 years of experience. I want to do SAP HR. Can you guide me on which institute to choose, how much it will cost, how long it will take, and how much companies can pay in salaries? As a fresher, will the company hire me or not?
