Dear Members, we have planned to start a Friday book club at our Head Office for our employees. Below are the guidelines for the same. We would like to hear your inputs and any suggestions you may have.

Accurex Friday Book Club

A book discussion group is a forum where readers can come together and talk about books and the reading experience.

Rules for Book Club:

- What kind of books should we read - We will discuss the type of book on the 1st of every month.
- How often should we meet - Once a week on Friday for 30 minutes.
- How many members should we invite - 10 members are best for a discussion. These 10 people can form the club for one year.
- Where should we meet - At 211, Accurex Conference Room.
- How do we keep in touch - WhatsApp & send out monthly meeting calendars.
- How can we keep memories of our Friday Book Club - On Google Drive, which will keep track of the books we have read, plot summaries, discussion highlights, and members' opinions.

Structuring Meeting

- Finding Book Ideas - Let us use the One Book One Month concept for the entire group and divide the chapters.

Thanks and Regards,
