Point-wise reply is as follows:

The Eligibility Criteria:

- Only the confirmed employees would be eligible.
- A maximum of 2 school-going children would be eligible.
- The children should be admitted to any school within ___ km radius of the organization.
- The children should score ___% of marks in the previous class. This condition won't apply in the case of nursery class admission.

Monetary Allowance:

- A certain amount, say INR 250/- per child per month, may be paid to employees subject to the production of the school fee receipt in original.
- A fixed one-time annual amount, say Rs. 1500/- per child per annum, may be paid towards books subject to the production of the bill in original.

Frequency:

The frequency may be either annually or half-yearly. We recommend a half-yearly frequency to provide timely financial aid to employees.
