Sir, if an employee completed 3 years of service under one employer where he had EPF, and then resigned from the job with a 2-year gap before joining a new company and contributing to EPF, in total, he had 10 years of service. Is he eligible for a pension?

If the total contributing service is 10 years, then he will be eligible for a pension. In order to receive it, the member has to submit the Scheme certificate or link the different services by transferring from one account to another so that the accumulated service will be made available.
