I would like to know if we can add a "No show Penalty clause" on the offer letter to avoid No shows. Please suggest. If so, can you please help me with a draft that you may have?

Hi, Suppose the candidate who accepted the offer doesn't show up on the joining date. How will you recover the penalty amount from that candidate? The current scenario is that employees are leaving without notice, and selected candidates are negotiating with new employers for a further hike. The only thing you can do is present how you, as an employer, are different from others in the similar industry, the opportunity for growth in your company, welfare measures you follow, etc.
