I am in a new startup company that operates in the courier service industry. We are currently in the process of hiring delivery boys. In terms of their employment services and operations, what formalities need to be completed promptly from the courier boys' side? Documents to collect from candidates

From the side of candidates, you can definitely collect the following documents:

1. A recent and detailed biodata
2. Photographs
3. Documents in support of their educational qualifications
4. Documents in support of their work experience (previous)
5. Copy of their ID proof
6. Copy of their address proof
7. A reference letter from a person who has a good reputation in society or the place where the candidate belongs (This can be either a Panchayat President/Secretary or even a Station House Officer)
