Continuous Leave Dilemma: Can Employees Take Weekly Offs During Extended Authorized Leave?


When an employee is in continuous Authorised leave more than a week then the employee is eligible to take Weekly Offs between Authorised leaves?

When the employee is on leave, there is no weekly off, it is continuous leave. Weekly off in other words is Break from Duty after completion of one week
