Hi All,

I'm planning to set up official email IDs for about 30 employees. Can you send me some guidelines to administrate these accounts? Also, some usage policies for the ID holders.

In my humble opinion, it is easier to manage 30 accounts than to handle over 100 employees. Once you have acquired a domain name, I recommend affiliating with GoogleMail so that your employees can utilize webmail or POP3-based email services. You can create 30 usernames with standard passwords; upon the first login, prompt your employees to change their passwords.
