I need all of your valuable suggestions on ESIC & EPF applicability for an NGO. We have about 200 employees who do not engage in any production or manual job but are involved in administrative work in the office (some individuals may go out for office-related tasks). Currently, there is no ESIC coverage for the employees, but PF is available only after their probation period of 3 to 6 months. I have recently joined as an HR officer and aim to comply with statutory laws.
