Dear All,

Please find attached a circular by Addl. CPFC - I (Compliance) dated 22.04.2015, wherein all the RPFCs are advised to extend the PF scheme to the casual and contract laborers engaged by BSNL and also to initiate 7A proceedings. This is for your information and awareness. There are many employers like BSNL in India.

Very true. There are many others.

This one is a government company and should have obeyed all laws. Private companies are worse as the cost goes out of their pocket. On the other hand, probably BSNL officers know any penalty is paid by the government anyway.
