Employee Engagement in Student-Led Questionnaires

Often, it is observed that employee involvement in questionnaires is less significant when these are conducted by students as part of their projects. This might be because:

• Employees are too busy.
• Employees do not consider it part of their responsibilities.
• Questionnaires are not motivating enough to encourage participation.

How can we make the questionnaire more motivating and engaging for employees?

I am in my final year of MBA and finding it difficult to get valid or true information on the questionnaire and what they really think about it. I would like to make the questionnaire session more exciting and motivational.

Sorry to keep asking questions; you have not said where you are doing/going to conduct the survey and in which mode. More the information that you can give, more precise will be the help you get.

I am doing my summer internship project at 'Aspect Technologies Ltd, Bangalore, India'. It is an IT industry (MNC). The survey I will be conducting is by distributing a hard copy of a questionnaire designed on the topic of Recruitment and Selection. The sample size for my survey is 50 employees.
