PF and TDS Guidance for Cash Salary Recipients
In the case of a cash salary, they won't deduct PF; hence, you can give FORM 11 for PF exemption. Otherwise, a new PF Account Number has to be created for you (it is based on the company norms). After that, you will receive a UAN (Universal Account Number) for PF. If you are resigning from your current job, you may apply for a PF transfer based on the UAN. The deducted PF amount and employer share have to be transferred to your new account.
For TDS purposes, they may ask for FORM 60. If you have a PAN Card, you may submit a copy of it. FORM 60 is not necessary in that case. FORM 60 is mandatory only if you do not have a PAN Card.

My previous company is small-scale, with 7-9 employees, and they only provide cash salaries. However, the new company requires a PF account and Form 60. I have completed all the processes, but due to the absence of these two documents, they have not provided an appointment letter. They are asking for solid proof of salary. What should I do? Please cooperate.
