Subsequent to the submission of form 13, the EPFO will prepare annexure K in which both details of EPF and EPS will be there. Hence submission of single form will do for both. Abbas.P.S

Hi,
I had applied for PF transfer (Form-13) from Company-1 to Company-2. PF has been transferred from Company-1 to Company-2, but my previous employer, Company-1, says that I need to reapply for EPS since it was rejected or returned from the PF office. Now, since I have moved to Company-3, how can I claim the EPS transfer from Company-1? Can I initiate it through my current Company-3? Please suggest.

I believe with FORM 13, both EPF and EPS get transferred automatically. My PF was transferred after 3 months of submitting the duly filled FORM 13. However, there are no updates on EPS. Can I track my EPS transfer request?
Can I check the amount accumulated in my EPS Account?

I changed my job in 2007. I received an email from the PF office stating that my PF amount has been transferred, and I need to submit Form 13 to transfer my EPS fund. Please advise me on where I need to submit Form 13 to transfer my EPS fund to my new company's account.
