The document you have attached is the Employment Agreement that needs to be executed by the employee before joining our services. However, I am looking for a document that must be signed by an employee assuring that they will serve our company back in India after receiving training at our head office in the USA for a short period of time. Since the company will incur significant expenses for the visa process and other related costs, we absolutely do not want the employee to deceive the company.
