We are a private limited company situated in Navi Mumbai. According to our company consultants, every employee must maintain a 13-day leave balance with the company. However, our employees are against this policy. Can you please advise me on whether this policy is right or wrong? I do not have an HR background, yet the company has compelled me to undertake HR activities, which I am currently managing. However, I struggle to handle serious discussions. Please help me.
