In the auto sector, labor-related issues are more prevalent. Therefore, women should first be trained in grievance handling before proceeding to other training sessions, such as presentation skills and leadership qualities.

In most auto sectors, males tend to dominate, causing women to lose their confidence. It is essential to provide them with the kind of training that can boost their confidence levels so they can contribute to creating a winning working environment.

The nature of a motivational program would depend on the end result you are looking for at the end of the training. The obvious requirement could be that you need employees motivated to perform better. If that is your requirement, then some information on the productivity levels would also be required, and further analysis should be done for the lack of motivation.

Instead of providing general views and a generic motivational program (which you can easily find on the internet and don't need expert help for), I am asking for the above information because my view is that before starting any training structure, it is best to have background information first.

The training program, when completed, should have a clear purpose to achieve, which can be in terms of functional or skill-building processes. Most of the programs mentioned by fellow HR professionals are good to work on.

Apart from the above programs, you can organize motivational talks by some union leaders who have successfully managed their workers in the industry. Additionally, you can host video sessions showcasing motivational movies on team building, as well as organize a few games to help build rapport within the entire group of workers.

Implement Quality Circles in coordination with your plant manager and their supervisors. Assign tasks that make the workers feel like the work they are doing is valuable and not just a coordination job. Develop an internal growth plan for these workers to motivate them to progress to the next level.
