The first thing you can do, as suggested by Ms. Khyati, is to use Google to gather a lot of data. Look into some material provided by Hays or similar companies that specialize in salary benchmarking. I would suggest first completely understanding the present salary structure and benefits of your company. Then, gather data on salaries paid to employees in a similar sector, such as the Wind Energy Sector, which you can source through the internet.

Compare your company with the data you have collected from reference companies. The comparison should be apples to apples, and it should have a top-down approach, starting from top management and flowing down to lower management levels.

This exercise requires a proper understanding of the data and will take time.
