I have a question. I am a US recruiter for the past 4 years and have been working nights. As you know, these US staffing companies are paying good salaries and also good incentives. If I come to the domestic market, can I get the same salary? Or will I have to work for a lower salary? Please let me know.
Would you give importance to a domestic recruiter who has good contacts first and later to a US recruiter? Or would you give importance to a recruiter who has good experience and sourcing skills? Please let me know.

You can identify advantages and disadvantages for each and every job, but you need to choose from the alternatives. I know US sourcing is a lucrative job, but working continuously on night shifts may affect your drive and lifestyle. Many people will consider it as a gap job, and some will earn a significant amount and then switch over to regular jobs.
Don't worry, you can use the competencies here in domestic recruitment too. So, identify your strengths and start your search. Meet consultants in some of the good recruiting concerns. You can expect hefty incentives in the domestic market, but the salary will be less.

I would like to suggest a few aspects. Night shifts are good for the time being, but doing continuous night shifts will lead to more health problems in the long run. While there are very good salaries in night shifts, I believe that health is wealth. Please also consider the long run, especially after marriage, etc. I suggest trying for a better job with a good position, preferably a day job.

Domestic recruitment is such that you will never receive a salary equivalent to what you are currently earning in domestic recruitment, regardless of your experience. Even with 4 years of US recruitment experience, when I attempted to transition to domestic recruitment, I was informed that my experience was deemed irrelevant! Isn't it ridiculous? Similarly, the experience gained in BPO is often disregarded in the IT industry, just as it is in domestic staffing.
