Very good post, Simmy. Thanks for sharing. Well, I would like to draw your folks' attention to the point on page no. 6:

Asking for Payment (Supplier)

➡️ Second or third reminder (open) ➡️ last paragraph:

"I wish to draw your attention to my previous emails of (dates) about the overdue payment on your account. We are very concerned that the matter has not yet 'received' your attention."

According to me, the highlighted word should be 'received' instead of 'receive'.

Clarification

According to the grammar rules, 'has/have/had' must follow the past participle form of the verb (V.P.P.).

It's a great effort by you, Simmy. I just thought of describing what I felt.
