Hey, I have been working in a private company for 11 months. I would like to request a shift from a contract position to a permanent job. Additionally, I am interested in receiving the mobile allowance facility provided to permanent employees and the salary increment that was assured by the company during the interview process (based on performance evaluation after one month). Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I think you should speak to your manager regarding an increment. Simultaneously, you can talk about the shift as well. Is there any policy on shifting from contract employment to permanent employment in the organization? If yes, first refer to that policy to see what it says. If no, then go ahead with a verbal discussion with your reporting manager. Seek feedback on what they think about your performance. Performance is the only parameter on which an organization decides further for any employee. The terms and conditions may differ for contractual and permanent employment, but it is calculated based on performance only.
