Hi all HR professionals,
I am new to this site and currently seeking a job opportunity. I have completed my diploma in mechanical engineering and initially worked for a Manufacturing company (MNC) for 3 years. Subsequently, I transitioned to a customer care role in the automobile sector, where I gained 2 years of experience in customer service.
With my customer care experience, I am now looking for opportunities in the BPO/KPO fields. However, I have been facing rejections due to my educational qualifications, despite possessing the skills required for BPO/KPO roles. I kindly request assistance in finding a better career path for myself and my family.
