Please suggest what I can do for my employees on the eve of Republic Day. My budget is very low, maybe around Rs. 500. Ours is a small company with 30 employees. Here are a few ideas that I have in mind. I need more suggestions:
1. Am planning to give chocolates to everyone.
2. (OR) Small gifts to all.
3. (OR) Small flags
4. (OR) Pen to everyone.
5. (OR) Sweets
6. (OR) Conduct a lucky draw - The winner will receive a gift.
7. Traditional dress contest
8. Essay competition on Republic Day
9. Presentation on the importance and significance of Republic Day
10. Decorating their own desks
11. Rangoli competition
12. Debate on a particular topic
13. 1-minute game
14. Singing (OR) Dancing competition
15. Snacks distribution

Cultural Event: Employees can sing patriotic songs or dance.
Republic Day-based Quiz.
Fun Games: For example, Passing-the-Parcel. You can decide on some funny punishments. Each loser will pick a chit to know his punishment.
Prizes: Chocolates can be given to all the winners.
