Dear Seniors, Safety management is interesting to me. I completed a diploma course in Industrial Safety from Annamalai University in the year 2004. In my previous employment, I was multitasking. I was responsible for HSEQ management as MR and HOD QA. Now, I am planning to shift my career into HSE Management. I am unsure how far my diploma will help me achieve my ambition. Please advise me on what course I can pursue and where these courses are available. Am I making the right decision to shift my career into HSE management with just this diploma? I am not an Engineering graduate. Please advise.
