1. Off Roll Staffing:
a) Payroll processing fee @ 1000/ Fixed per person per month.

25th of the month:
GennexT Campus Solution will receive attendance from SATYAM EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY (Attendance to run from 23rd–24th or 1st to 30th).
26th of the month (On the Next Working Day):
GennexT Campus Solution will send SATYAM EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY Salary Approval.
27th of the month (On the next working day):
Client sends approvals back to GennexT Campus Solution. SATYAM EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY to indicate Loss of Pay and incentives payable if any.
28th of the month:
GennexT Campus Solution to raise invoice and send it across to SATYAM EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY.
29th-30th of the month:
SATYAM EDUCATION AND SOCIAL WELFARE SOCIETY to release payments to GennexT Campus Solution.
2nd of the following month:
GennexT Campus Solution to make the salary payouts against receipt of payment.
• Public Holidays and Saturday and Sunday will not be considered as Working Days.
2. On Roll Staffing:
1. Our professional fee is:
a) Management Fee: Exclusive of taxes
@ 8.33% of the candidate's annual CTC for Junior Mgmt cadre.
@ 12.5% of the candidate's annual CTC for Middle Mgmt cadre
@ 16.67% of the candidate's annual CTC for Senior Mgmt cadre
2. Our professional fees must be payable within 7 days from the date of joining of the Selected candidate. Intimation of appointment should be sent to us for raising the bill. Payment should be by Draft/Cheques drawn in favor of GennexT Campus Solution Payable at Bhopal.
3. Traveling expenses for the outstation candidate for attending the interview will be paid directly by you. For senior-level positions, the candidate should be reimbursed Air/1st class AC Train fare, and for middle/junior level positions, 2nd class Train fare.
4. GennexT Campus Solution will provide every possible facility to the HRs if your company coordinates with GennexT Campus Solution in recruitment events organized by GennexT Campus Solution out of Bhopal. Such as lodging, boarding, and traveling allowance of HRs will be borne by GennexT Group.
5. If a candidate leaves your company within three months from the date of joining, you will have the right to avail of our services for filling up the same position free of charge. If there is any difference in the amount, the difference shall be payable by you.
6. We shall be entitled to our professional fees once the candidate has been interviewed/rejected by you and later appointed within the period of six months.
7. You shall let us know the final outcome of the interview.
8. This quotation is valid for 11 months. Hope you will provide us an opportunity to serve you to your entire satisfaction.
9. The promotions to your company & your brand will be done by GennexT during the campus recruitment event.
10. Your kind consideration & cooperation in this regard will be solicited. All disputes arising out of this contract will be settled by discussion between the client and GennexT Group.
** In case they are unable to resolve the dispute, they may pursue legal procedures. Any dispute, in addition, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Bhopal Court.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Parties (Satyam Education and Social Welfare Society together with GennexT Campus Solution is referred to as the "Parties") hereto have hereunto set and subscribed their respective hands effective as of the day and year first hereinabove written.
