WOW!! I am overwhelmed with the responses to my post; they have not stopped coming in. I asked the company if they could increase the number of invites for the Beta program, and this is the response I got from them:

"Dear CiteHR Members, We are delighted that so many of you have expressed a desire to join our Smiles R4 Beta program. The purpose of this Beta program is to get a limited number of users to use the software and give us improvement feedback; it's not a program to "Test" the software, something we have already done. Therefore, we will take a limited number of customers from different organization sizes, geographical areas, and industry verticals. In the next couple of days, we will email to each one of you details of the program and the application service with a simple registration form that will enable us to select the companies we will include in the first phase."

As the responses are still coming in, I will wait till tomorrow to send the list to the company so that they can send out the information directly to each one of you.
