Hi, there are various ways in which we can measure employees in respect of their performance and output. Some metrics are also used so that, if required, training can be given to those employees who are capable but unwilling.
Designing Metrics for Employee Performance
Can anyone help me design such types of metrics for capable/incapable/willing/unwilling employees to find out the best employees and categorize them for training?

I want to share some of my readings which I have done since last December 5th. Some of the top companies are now following the 10% hand rule. Grading is done through the management and workers' level. Employees are slotted into three categories: A - 20% top performers, B - 70% medium performers, and C - 10% poor performers. The C category is given one year's time to improve their performance; otherwise, they are removed from the organization. They are given training by the business unit heads.
