Hi Anita!

Wonderful work. It will go a long way in improving the image of the employee and also paves the way for good working environment. This must be taught in the orientation courses to new recruits.

Hi Anita,

Indeed, a good presentation. Just a suggestion: if you would keep your subject line precise such as "Things you should not do at the workplace" or "Things to be restricted at the workplace," it would seem better. Before checking, I didn't have an idea it was about workplace things :) Just a thought.

Thanks for sharing the good points. Take care.

Hi, this is Srinivas working with a cement company. I am pursuing my PG Diploma in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, and Labour Welfare. I have to submit a project report next month, and I have chosen the subject of labour welfare. Can anyone suggest me in this regard?

This is a really nice one. But I believe a well-cultured person already has these things embedded in his heart and mind.

What are 10 things employers should NOT do? Does it only apply to employees? What should one do when an employer presents or enforces modified rules or laws that the Central or State Government has defined?

It is a really good PowerPoint presentation that every employee should see and follow throughout their career. The thing is that everyone knows about these points in general, but only a few implement them. I would definitely circulate it to our employees as an HR. Thanks for sharing this with us, and I appreciate your effort in preparing this PowerPoint presentation.

Regards,

Harshini
