Rs.4410 – Rs.13210 + DA, HRA, CCA, Conveyance Allowance. Gratuity, Pension, LFC, Medical Aid etc can anybody explain me this break up and mention what is the exact salary for one month

Salary break up its depand upon company.
Normoly Basic salary will be 50% of gross saalry & DA Is fixed from the govt HRA IS 50% OF Basic .... rest of you can calucate according to gross saalry......
Exmpale 15000 is gross
Basic 7500
HRA 3750

M. Allown 1500
Other Allow 1450

HRA = 60 % of Basic = 1.08 L
PF = 12 % Basic = 18600
Gratuity- 4.81% of Basic - around 8000 ( pls do the exact calculation)
Medical - 15000 standard P.A.
travell allowance - 9600 P.A.
Rest remaining amount goes into DA or city allowance or excutive pay ie. according to organisations given word..
Taxes standard deductions like 80c ,80ccc, 80d, 80GG, etc,.,,
experts pls guide....

logic is very simple, as per act gratuity is payable on 15 days basic after completion of five years service, for example -basic/26*15 as per act, if you multiple 4.81% in basic same amount will come.
