PF & PT deductions - my Company is UK based but has it's arm in India as well

Hi, my Company is UK-based but has it's arm in India as well.

The company doesn't provide PF & PT privilege to employees and pays them salary without deductions.

What could be the possible reasons for their not entitling employees to the benefits of PF PT?

Very simple, the reason for not providing the benefit of EPF shall be due to one reason that your company does not have 20 employees. If you have 20 or more employees, then the reason should be just confronting to the law of the land. That is very bad practice.

If your company strength is below 20 then they are not liable for PF. If it is 20 or more then they are liable for PF.
