I'm looking for recruitment questions or a questionnaire to use when interviewing HR firms from other companies. I want to understand the innovative techniques they employ in recruitment and how these methods differentiate them from other companies.
This is for survey and research purposes. I have tried searching for questions, but I have only found ones designed for job seekers, not for employers.
My research focus is to interview or send questions to social networking websites and their HR departments. Do you have any suggestions on how I can approach this?
