If you are a fresher, the questions will be generally based on your theoretical knowledge or general questions like:
1. why have choosen this as your profession?
2. What are your strengths and weakness?
3. Where do you see your self after 2 yrs or 5 yrs? etc
if you are already experienced in recruitment then:
1. Which are the portals you use for sourcing?
2. Other than portals how can you source candidates?
3. How will judge the candidates resume is genuine or not?
4. How will you find out if candidate is lying or not?
5. What kind of recruitment you have handled before?
6. what Challenges you faced while recruiting?
7. What are the basic factors you keep in mind before selecting the candidate?
8. How do you negotiate for salary?
9. How will you convince a candidate to join with the salary bracket given to you.
10. Can you prepare the job description?
