It's important to keep your resignation letter as brief, polite, and professional as possible. In first paragraph you should include information on when you are leaving. Explain briefly why you are leaving. If you cannot mention the real reason (if it is bitter or improper) then make something up!. You can also let the employer know you appreciate your time with the organization. The end of your resignation letter should express best wishes for the company's future and for everyone involved with your employment experience
