Hi everybody,

I have recently joined a private bank and have to develop a new PMS system for that bank. Can anybody provide me with the proforma/content of PMS so that I may be able to develop a new PMS system?

Simply, in my humble opinion, delivering a performance management system (PMS) can follow these steps:

1. Deliver Job Analysis
2. Create Job Description
3. Job Grading and Slotting
4. Salary Restructure based on the new grade
5. Design performance appraisal format
6. Deliver Performance Appraisal
7. Salary increase based on merit (result of Performance Appraisal)
