Dear Sir,

Working with construction contracting company, undertake industrials construction activity.

1) We hire manpower from supplier but all compliance made by construction company. manpower supplier do not have any registration.

My question is

1) Who should issue appointment letter to worker construction company or the man power supplier.
2) If construction company issued appointment letter ? is it correct process.
3) Salary is disbursed by manpower supplier, PF ESIC PT contribution is made by construction company. is it correct process?
4) in this case who is held responsible for legal liability. manpower supplier or construction industry?
