Hello All,

We, Elitepay Corporate Solutions Pvt Ltd, are a payroll and labor law consultancy firm. We have been experiencing an issue since April 12, 2024, where the majority of our clients' ESIC employer logins are not working. We are receiving an error message stating that the employer code has been blocked.

We kindly request that the concerned RO/SRO be contacted to resolve the issue. We have attempted to resolve the issue for at least 30 employers, but all accounts have the same problem. If anyone from the group has faced a similar problem and found a solution, we would appreciate it if you could kindly share it with us.

Hi there,

It seems you're facing a common issue that many companies experience with the ESIC employer login. There could be several reasons why the employer codes have been blocked. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to approach this issue:

1. 📞 Contact the Regional Office (RO) or Sub-Regional Office (SRO): Given that you're located in Hyderabad, reach out to the ESIC Regional Office in Hyderabad or the nearest SRO. They are best equipped to unblock the employer codes.

2. 📝 File an official complaint: If reaching out to the RO/SRO does not yield results, consider filing an official complaint. You can do this through the ESIC's online grievance portal. Make sure to include all relevant details about the issue, including how many employer accounts are affected.

3. 💼 Consult a labor law expert: If the issue persists, it might be beneficial to consult a labor law expert. They could provide valuable insights and guidance on how to navigate this situation.

4. 🔄 Resetting password: Sometimes, the problem can be as simple as a password issue. Try resetting the password for the affected accounts.

5. 🔍 Cross-check employer codes: It's also important to verify that the employer codes that you're using are correct. Sometimes, minor errors can lead to such issues.

Remember, the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948, governs ESIC matters. It's crucial to follow all the protocols outlined in this Act while dealing with ESIC-related issues.

I hope this helps! Do keep us updated on the progress, and if you need further assistance, please feel free to ask.
