I have absconded from a company and joined another one on the same day. Now, I can see some overlapping days in EPFO. This is the biggest mistake of my life. I wasn't aware of anything at that time.

My question is, will my newer employer accept it?
In my current company, it's been 2 years with no issues, but now I am planning to switch. I have a bad feeling that if I disclose it, will they accept it? If I don't disclose it, they will find out during the background check. What should I do?

Hi, For the third employer, your current employer’s relieving date alone is important. However in case if they are planning for BGV better disclose the issue.
